Janice Helena da Silva is a Humanitarian, Diplomatist and Global Goodwill Ambassador, Social Worker, awarded with the International Peace Leader Certificate from the Institute of International Peace Leaders. With 20 years of professional experience in development and International management, mainly within the United Nations System. She has an educational background in Diplomatic Studies; International Cooperation and Social Services. She is currently international coach and development consultant at the International Observatory for Participatory Democracy at the Africa Unit and in City Councils of African Countries; co-founder and administrator of the DEV 17 (multi-professional global network for the acceleration of the SDGs) at the International Advisory Board of Goodwill Ambassadors, (AHIABGA) at Five Points Youth Foundation, in the United States of America, member of the United Nations Global Compact and works on her own global association called TIJA 4 International Cooperation. She served as the Country Coordinator for Cabo Verde at UN-Habitat from November 2009 to July 2019 and negotiated the Establishment of UN-Habitat in Guinee Bissau and São Tomé e Príncipe and also was a pioneer in appointing 80 local urban ambassadors to UN-Habitat and also negotiated the medium long-term financial contribution framework of the Government of Cabo Verde to UN-Habitat.

Prior to this position, she served as the Regional Project Officer on Drug Demand Reduction at UNODC, covering, Cabo Verde, Togo, Ivory Coast, and Benin (2006 – 2009); UNV/UNDP External Consultant on Environment youth Project (2005); Trainer of Trainers on Social Development at Bornefonden, Denmark an NGO for Child Protection (2005); Program Advisor in Communication for Human Rights and Education at GIZ Cabo Verde, (2002-2005); Intern of UNODC Brazil, UNDP Brazil, UNFPA and UN-AIDS Brazil (2000-2002) and AIESEC Corporative Relations Brazil (1999). As a volunteer expert, she is currently International Senior Advisor at United Youth for Sustainable Globe, Nigeria, Lecturer of the course Inter-national Cooperation and Diplomacy at the African Transformer Institute (ATI); Ambassador at the Global Socio-Economic and Financial Evolution Network based in Nigeria; Co-founder of AHIABGA; Ambassador for the ECOWAS at the National Human Rights and Humanitarian Federation, India. She is the owner of the humanitarian brand Minina Retro, and ODOS (One Dress, One Smile) founder, he is a Cabo Verdean Crioulo, Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish Speaker. She is a motivational speaker, emotional and spiritual coach. She is Catholic and a Voluntary Consecrated Religious.

HH Andrew Williams

HH Andrew Williams Jr., Cultural Diplomatist, lives a life dedicated to delivering globally sourced regenerative solutions localizing sustainable development goals that progress social equity outcomes for people, the ecology and the planet, to “leave no one behind”. Best known for philanthropic endeavors as a goodwill ambassador for an expanding network of social impact projects in multiple sectors, Andrew develops, influences and coordinates strategic alliance outcomes for tribes, nations, nongovernmental organizations, agencies, businesses, projects, communities of peoples and individuals globally.

Andrew provides professional online research, document preparation, communications and referral services to and through the Andrew Networks, doing business as PARXTC Export Trading Company, a California corporation. PARXTC also represents international business enterprises as Exclusive Mandate, Commercial Agent and/or Registered Agent within the U.S.A. and its Territories.

Develops long-term vision and goals for company growth and partnerships.

Maintains and nurtures relationships with senior leaders at partner companies to ensure that all parties are satisfied with progress and outcome of partnerships.

Responsible for securing external partnerships including contacting top leaders, securing appointments, developing proposals, and making presentations.

During 2021 HH was appointed to facilitate international business exchanges and alliances by Naledi ya Tshepi Business Consulting South Africa-USA and Afya Rekod Kenya-USA; Strategic Alliance Coordinator for Jet Age Nation Builders; Advisory Board Member of the African Coaches’ League and Chairperson of the One Group International Advisory Board. Chukwudi Ihenetu Monarchy of Ezeigbo Inducted him as Prince Andrew Williams Jr. of the Obi Eziokwu Palace Ghana with a mission to uplift and promote the Kingdom and all Africans throughout Ghana, Africa and the world to preserve, promote, enrich and enhance its sovereign wealth and legacy. As President of the Five Points Youth Foundation (Los Angeles, California), Lifetime Member of the Black Emergency Managers Association (BEMA) International (Washington, D.C.) Andrew Williams Jr. advocates the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact via Local Networks with respect to human rights (inclusive of indigenous rights), labor, environment and anti-corruption to “glocalize’ the Sustainable Development Goals, pursuant to Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, FEMA Integrated Whole Community Approach and New Urban Agenda guidelines established by the United Nations Habitat III.

In 2020 Andrew was appointed as Chairperson of the International Advisory Board of the World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity (Lagos, Nigeria) via Chaplain James Mercy Obatunmibi; Centre for Africa Volunteers (Nairobi, Kenya) via Josephat Moses; Association for Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness International via Edidiong Ekanem (Abuja, Nigeria). In the USA, he has been appointed as Brand Ambassador for the New Orleans-South African Cultural Connection by Damon Batiste, Member Strategic Alliance Coordinator for the Advisory Board of the Edfu Foundation (501c4) and its sister 501c3 The Conservancy Corps headed by Afronauts founder Sheldon Williams (Oakland, California).

As Chairperson of the SAGA Foundation International Advisory Board, Andrew mobilizes multi-stakeholder partnerships (SDG#17) of interfaith, neighborhood and business collaboratives localizing the Sustainable Development Goals through a worldwide community resiliency network (SDG#17) of safe and sustainable communities and cities (SDG#11) taking Climate Action (SDG#13) with an objective of registering 10,000 new members of the United Nations Global Compact Local Networks 2021-23 Strategy during the 2020- 2030 UN Decade of Action on the SDGs to balance and hold accountable the 10,000+ multi-nationals comprising the largest corporate social responsibility organization in the world: https://bit.ly/andrewnetworks

Maria Veneke Ylikomi

Maria Veneke Ylikomi works as a language consultant, and she regularly writes articles for the Swedish magazine Maia with the theme humanity, environment, and diversity.

Maria has many years’ experience of volunteering within different international NGOs with the focus areas peace, interfaith harmony, human rights, and the environment. She is a Goodwill Ambassador for Globcal International. Maria is an SDG advocate and promotes global citizenship and International Observances, common celebrations of the United Nations international days like International Day of Peace, World Water Day, World Oceans Day, World Environment Day, World Food Day, World Poetry Day, International Day for Tolerance, and International Day for Biological Diversity.

Maria is a member of the Ad Hoc International Advisory Board of Goodwill Ambassadors for Five Points Youth Foundation, USA, enhancing participation in United Nations Global Compact. Maria is Vice President for collaboration in United Youth for Sustainable Globe, Deputy Head of Youth Parliament Women Hub, and General Secretary for Alliance for Humanity.

Ranji K. Ragbeer

is a nationally licensed coach and founding member of the African Coaches League. He holds several certifications and licenses including the USSFB, National Youth Module, and USC Premier Diploma, among others. Originally from Kingston Jamaica, Coach Ranji has had a long-term relationship with soccer as a player, referee, administrator, volunteer, and coach.
He aims to develop not only outstanding athletes but also to leverage soccer to influence youths to become positive and responsible members of the communities they serve.

Outside of soccer, Coach Ranji has had a long and successful career in the high technology industry with leadership and executive roles in startups and multi-billion dollar international technology companies. He is currently a principal in a new privacy-oriented technology startup. Whether in technology, or sport, he is a firm believer in the value of hard work, positivity, respect, responsibility, integrity, and open-mindedness as powerful core values for success in any discipline. He currently resides in Athens, GA, USA, with his wife of 23 years and is the proud father of three talented children.
